A week ago I got a chance to stay at home when there was light. I noticed our street reflects on many things when was bright. Here´s the street with similar kind of house. And yes, a christmas tree way overdue to get rid of…

R keeps this peculiar little glass house by his desk. At the moment there´s scissors I got for him from Gotland, a seashell I found somewhere, my yarn, a loop and a pocket watch without hands or top glass.

Our tiled fireplace has the loveliest and sickliest tone. I have seen many of this models by Turun Kaakelitehdas but this one is most subdued.

While I have been busy with yarnwork R has been making a himmeli. I wish I knew what it´s called but it´s a traditional Christmas decoration made of straw. Brilliant, so simple and intricate.

There´s also a reflection in my darkroom timer. A while ago I noticed there´s a similar clock in Kraftwerk´s promo picture of Robots.

One of the bookshelf is finally on the wall. This is the part of French (post-)modern philosophy + Freud. You see there´s many duplicates because we have been reading the same books.

Couple of weeks ago I looked almost like that when I was off to work. Now it´s been snowing like crazy but it´s not that cold anymore.
